A Great Becoming... 
Of those I’d definitely recommend Splinter – fairly good gross-out effects and a nice line in keeping explanations to a minimum. Frozen is pretty missable – the gore level is pretty high (never a bad thing), but the characters are “shout at the tv” dumb.
